Zelda M. Smith, age 59, passed peacefully on Wednesday, January 15, 2025 at St. Mary's Hospital in Lewiston, New York. She was born on October 18, 1965 in Niagara Falls, N.Y. and was the cherished daughter of the late Carrie L. Smith and Isaac Bradley.
She was a 1984 graduate of Trott Vocational High School. Her employment included the Best Western Summit Inn and Our Lady of Peace Nursing Facility. Zelda was a member of the Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church and served as a kitchen committee member for 10 years. In addition, she served as an assistant to the Chaplain at Ransomville Manor.
Possessing a quiet demeanor and loving heart, she enjoyed reading the Bible, music, puzzles, and various activities.
She is survived by her twin sister Athelda Smith- Abrams of Las Vegas, NV, sisters Sheila Smith and Kathy Feagins of Niagara Falls, and brothers Kerry (Sara) Hall of Las Vegas, NV and Lorenzo Bradley of Louisville, KY as well as a host of family. She was predeceased by sister Beverly Hill, brothers, Anthony Q. Smith, and Alonzo Bradley.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date at the convenience of the family.
