Town of Niagara, New York - SUZETTE BUCHNER

Of the Town of Niagara, NY, passed away peacefully at home on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, under the care of her family and Niagara Hospice. Suzette was born Niagara Falls, NY, on February 21, 1943, the daughter of the late William T and Marion A. [Wright] Kennedy.

On June 12, 1965 she married Ronald H. Buchner, who predeceased her on August 4, 2008.

Suzette is survived by her children Daniel W (Roxane) Buchner and KarenAnn (Joseph Trapasso) Buchner, her beloved granddaughter, Teresa S Buchner, nephews Michael (Cheryl) Goupil, James Goupil, a niece Renee (Mark) Harding and their families. A heartfelt thank you to Annette Dobrasz for her kindness, prayers and support.

She was the sister of the late Karen L Goupil and W. John (Virginia) Kennedy.

Her family will be present on Friday, May 1, 2026 from 4-8 PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 901 Cayuga Street, LEWISTON, NY, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 10:00 AM.

Flowers graciously declined. Memorials may be made in her name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.

Suzette will be laid to rest with her husband at Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY.
