Samuel Richmond, daughter of the late Jessie and Susie Perkins, Sr., pased away November 1, 2021 in Lewiston, NY.
She was predeceased by her husband, Edward "Art" Richmond, in 2014.
Surviving are one brother, Jessie Perkins; and sister, Gloria Jean Butler. Also surviving are a host of other relatives and friends.
