Roscoe Peoples passed February 6, 2022 in Niagara Falls, NY. He was the son of Minnie (Boyd) Peoples and the late Howard Peoples.
He was the longtime companion of Marguerite (Missy) Herds; brother to Anthony, Howard (Diane) Wendy Whigham, Tanonia (Anthony) Peters, and Lisa (Keith) Sweat. Also surviving is one grandson and a host of other relatives and friends.
