Philip J. Frachella, Jr. went home to be with the Lord on April 27, 2019. He was born in Buffalo, NY, on April 30, 1959, the son of the late Philip Sr. and Sarah (D'Amico) Frachella.
Surviving is his loving partner, Janice Mills of Wilson; sister, Mrs Frances (James) Volpe of Grand Island, NY, also many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Celebration of Life at Creekside Assembly of God, 2625 Tonawanda Creek Road, Amherst, NY 14228, on May 4, 2019 at 10 AM.
