Patricia (Lysaght) Augustyniak, loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, and friend, age 94, passed away peacefully on November 13, 2024 at Summerlin Senior Living in Las Vegas, NV. She was born on October 26, 1930 in Niagara Falls, NY. She was a resident of Niagara Falls, attended local schools, and worked at Falls Cleaners, Capitol Cleaners, and Vishay Thin Film.

Patricia was predeceased by her husband of 50 years, Henry S. Augustyniak, her parents, Michael and Mary (McCormick) Lysaght, and five siblings, John, Michael, and Frank Lysaght, Marie Reinhold, and Helen Taczak.

She is survived by her children, David (Kristine) Augustyniak, and Darlene (Louis) Baker, her grandchildren, Kaitlyn (Daniel) Kulesza, Lauren Augustyniak, Isabella and Kathrine Baker, Chloe (Calen) Evans, and her great-grandchildren, Caden, Kaiya, and Comptyn Evans.

All are welcome to gather for visitation on Thursday, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., at the OTTO REDANZ FUNERAL HOME AND NIAGARA COUNTY CREMATION CARE, 2215 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY (716-297-9007), where prayers will be offered on Friday, November 22nd at 9:45 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. celebrated in St. Peter Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY, with Rev. Luke Uebler serving as celebrant and Rev. Daniel Young serving as concelebrant. Prayers of committal and interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston, NY. In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Catholic Charities and/or the Alzheimer's Association.
