On November 21, 2019, Patricia Ann Leffler-Canfield-Blackwell went to be with the Lord Jesus. She was born in Batavia, New York in the year 1927.
Patricia's interests included membership and historian of the Niagara Falls chapter of the DAR, square dancing, bowling, church activities and scouting activities.
Her occupations included home health worker, high school secretary, pharmacy receptionist, homemaker and farmer's wife of over 50 years.
She is survived by Alex Blackwell, husband of 15 years; Chris Canfield, her son; Ruth Canfield-Muniz, daughter; David Blackwell, stepson; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held in the spring of 2020 by Reverend Rex Stewart, First Presbyterian Church in Youngstown, New York. Internment of ashes will be next to her first husband, Clarence (Bill) Canfield, of 50 plus years on the Canfield plot on Lake Road in Youngstown, New York.
