Niagara Falls, NY - Pamela" Pam" Dixon, 59, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Tuesday, December 5, 2023. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on December 7, 1963 she was the daughter of the late Richard Bailey and the late Joanne (Winter) Garrow.

Pam worked for Niagara County Community College, where she proudly retired from. She was an avid reader; Stephen King novels were her favorite. Her biggest joy and love in life, was spending time with her grandchildren.

She is survived by her boyfriend, Robert Koziol; sons, Jeffrey (Danielle) Dixon, Andrew Richwalder and David Richwalder; grandchildren, Joseph, Julia, Alyvia, and Aubrey; sisters, Charisse Shanahan, and Shannon Bailey; brothers, Richard Bailey Jr., and Stephen Bailey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her granddaughter, Angelina.

Friends may call Thursday, December 14th from 4-7 PM at Grace Lutheran Church, 736 Cayuga Drive, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 7:00 PM with Pastor Benjamin Bahr officiating.
