Niagara Falls, New York - Maureen Green earned her wings on March 11, 2025 in Niagara Falls, NY. She worked for many years at Occidental Chemical Corporation. In her later years, she obtained a B.A. in Sociology and a Master's in Library Sciences from the University at Buffalo. She was a former member of St. John's AME Church and passed as a congregant at New Hope Baptist Church. She loved reading, gardening, baking, and sports (especially the Buffalo Bills).

She is survived by three children: Craig Rogers, Crystal Rogers-Freidenberg, and Jonathan Rogers; five grandchildren; her sister Sylvia Green; two aunts and numerous family members.

A viewing will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on March 15th at Williamson Funeral Home. The funeral will be held at 12:00 PM on March 17th at New Hope Baptist Church.
