Niagara Falls, NY - Lorraine (McIlvena) Renda, 95, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on May 13, 2026. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late George and Laura (Gravell) McIlvena.

Lorraine attended Trott Vocational High School and earned her Practical Nursing License shortly after. On May 14, 1949, she married the love of her life, Frank Renda, at St. Joseph's Church, and together they raised their four children.

Lorraine lived a vibrant and active life. She loved playing golf, bowling, and bocce, and enjoyed bike rides and playing bridge with friends. She also cherished camping trips and traveling. An excellent cook, she was known for the meals and memories she created around her table. Above all, Lorraine centered her life around her family, who were her greatest pride and joy.

In addition to her husband of 77 years, Frank, she is survived by their four children, Mary (John) Beslian, Barb (Frank) Pawlak, Deborah (Pat) O'Grady, and Kim (Doug) Bailey; seven grandchildren, Julie, Nicole, Desaree, Tara, Renee, Sara, and Ryan; seventeen cherished great-grandchildren; and many beloved nieces, nephews, and cousins. She was predeceased by her sister, Lois "Bette" (Erwin "Bunny") Farber.

Funeral services at St. Leo's Church and interment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Lewiston, NY, will be held privately for Lorraine's family. Flowers are graciously declined. Arrangements by M.J.
