Amherst, New York - Lenard E. Bryant passed away on July 24, 2022 at age 83. Born in Niagara Falls August 26, 1938 to Anise and Ethel (nee Kinney) Bryant.
Lenard attended Niagara Falls High School and enlisted in the Army in 1956, serving twenty years. After his retirement from the Army, he worked for DuPont Corporation for 20 years until his retirement in 2002. His wife, the former Juanita Payne, passed away in 2000.
He is survived by a son, Deric A. Bryant; a sister, Bernice Bryant; predeceased by his siblings, Charles Bryant, Hilda Bivins, Alfred Bryant, Janet Roundtree and Barbara Carey; also survived by many nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, August 26th, 6:00pm at the (Tonawanda Chapel) AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, INC. 2600 Sheridan Dr. (at Parker Blvd). Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
