Laura Lucile Lawrence Obituary

Laura Lucile Lawrence of Middleport, NY, went to be with the Lord on December 4, 2016. She was born on October 29, 1920 to William and Sarah Hicks. Beloved wife of William Lawrence, they were married for 74 and a half years.

Laura was born and resided in North Point, PA. She loved sewing and crocheting. Laura taught Sunday school for several years and volunteered with many organizations.

Mother of Sally Wagner (Jim) and George Lawrence (Bianca). Grandmother of Lora, Darla, Jay, George Jr., Francine, and Gina. Survived by ten great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Sister to the late Vera Stiteler, Ruth Hoover, Ray and Ralph Hicks.

The family will be present on Thursday at the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church 6369 Wolcottsville Rd., Wolcottsville, NY from 11:30 AM - 12:00 PM to receive friends, where a funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM. If desired, memorials may be made to the Alzheimers Association.
