Katie O'Hara Barrett Obituary
Tucson, Arizona - Katie O'Hara Barrett passed away on December 12, 2025, with her husband Jim, of almost 40 years, by her side, in their winter home of Tucson, AZ.

Katie is survived by her husband Jim, daughter Meghan Crego (Cody), granddaughter Madelyn Crego, grandson Colton Crego. Her sisters: Mary Margaret O'Hara, Maureen Ingham (Jim), Julie Goodman (Jim), Jane Bator, Christine O'Hara (Ken), Connie Callea (Phil).
