John D. Gara, 61, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Saturday, January 6, 2024. Born in Niagara Falls, NY on February 5, 1962 he was the son of the late Anthony D. "Tony" and Dorothy M. (Wojtowicz) Gara.
He is survived by his wife Suzie (Fravel) Gara; children, Breanna (Sean) Flaherty and JD Gara; stepchildren, Rebecca Sole, and Jeff (Laurin) Donohue; grandchildren, Calan and Zayden; siblings, Susan (Russell) Petrozzi and Mark (Cynthia) Gara. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Friday, January 12th from 4-7 PM at ZAJAC FUNERAL HOME INC., 319 24th Street, Niagara Falls, NY, where funeral services will begin at 6:30 PM with Rev. Jacek Mazur officiating.
