Janet A. Cecula Giroux
Janet A. Cecula Giroux, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2019, at Mt. St. Mary's Hospital, Lewiston, NY. She was born in Niagara Falls, NY, on October 16, 1948, the daughter of the late Edward and Genevieve (Sadlo) Cecula.
Janet graduated from Niagara Falls High School and Niagara County Community College with her degree in accounting. She was an account broker with UPS in Buffalo, NY, for over 15 years before retiring.
Janet will be remembered as a very spiritual individual. Her pets, Maggie May and Lucky, brought love and joy into her life.
She was the sister of James Cecula ,Thomas (Vita) Cecula and Susan Cecula and is survived by her "twin" niece, Alexandra Cecula; and beloved cousin, Patricia Orzetti.
Her family will be present on Saturday from 10-11:00 AM at St. Peter's Church, 620 Center Street, Lewiston, NY, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM, with the Rev. Thomas M. Mahoney officiating.
Memorials may be made in her name to the SPCA or a charity of one's choice.
