James Blanchard, 96, passed quietly at his daughter's residence in Niagara Falls, NY. He was born in Plaquemine, Louisiana, the son of the late William E. and Adell(Jordan) Blanchard.
He was the father to Carolyn Harris, Patricia Taylor, and Kathy Gibbs.
Family will receive friends Tuesday 11 AM in the WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME, 635 Main Street. Funeral too follow at Noon. Final burial in Oakland, CA.
