Niagara Falls, New York - Ilse E. Walters, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away March 22, 2026. She was born in Roadalben, Germany on September 20, 1958, the daughter of the late Fritz and Traudel (Roth) Sandmeier.
Ilse enjoyed tending to her garden, plants and spending time with her dog Zoe.
Ilse is survived by her husband Arthur D. Walters; son Shane Damon; daughter Melanie (Terry) Smith; grandchildren Veronica (Jacob) LaPort, Abaigeal "Abby" Slusser, Jax Damon and Kayden Casero; several siblings, nieces and nephews.
Visitation on Wednesday from 4-7:30PM at RHONEY FUNERAL HOME, 5893 Hoover Road, SANBORN, NY, services at 7:30PM.
