George M. Salerno Went home to our lord surrounded by his loved ones on August 24th, 2023. Born on June 14th, 1947, in Niagara Falls, NY, he is the son of the late George N. and Lillian Salerno. He was an Operating Engineer for LOCAL 463, farming on his property with his family was one of his joys in life. George is the beloved husband of 56 years to Pam Salerno (Nee Beach); father of Patricia (Jeff) McGinnis, Barbara Salerno, George R. Salerno and John Salerno; grandfather to, Michelle Salerno, Cody McGinnis and great grandfather to Rayne, Brianna and Adelyn; brother to Roseanne (Kim) Salerno, Marie (Rick) Pressley, Vince (Maureen) Salerno, Robert (Becky) Salerno, James (Mary) Salerno and Phillip (Lia) Salerno.
He is predeceased by his parents George N. and Lillian Salerno and his siblings, Nellie Cimini and Richard Salerno.
Family and friends are invited to attend his Celebration of Life being held on FRIDAY Sept. 1st, 2023, from 4-8 PM. at the Cambria Fire Co. 4631 Cambria Wilson Rd. Lockport, NY 14094. Burial will be at the convenience of the family. Please visit www.rutland-corwin.com
