Florence I. (Edukonis) Lasky, 95 years old, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2023 at Niagara Hospice House. She was born in Niagara Falls on September 20, 1927, the daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (Wolney) Edukonis.

Florence attended local schools and worked as a cook at various schools in the Niagara Falls School District for 25 years. She enjoyed camping and traveling and she especially loved spending time with her family. Florence was predeceased by her husband, Edwin Lasky who passed away in 1996.

Florence is survived by her daughters; Linda (William) Gromoll and Lori (Ronald) Klemczyk; her grandchildren, Lucas (Julie) Gromoll and Amber Gromoll; her great-grandchildren, Autumn, Dalton and Meadow Gromoll; her sister, Jean Walton and many nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services were held for the family with burial in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Lewiston. Those wishing to make a donation in memory of Florence are asked to consider Niagara Hospice, Inc.
