Effie Brown Williams, 94, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away quietly at her daughter Pam Williams' home in Tamarac, Fl.
Ms. Williams was a longtime educator in the Niagara Falls School system and faithful member of the New Hope Baptist Church.
Family will receive friends 11AM Friday, June 16, 2023 in the New Hope Baptist Church, 1122 Buffalo Ave. Funeral services at Noon. Burial at Oakwood Cemetery. Arrangements by WILLIAMSON FUNERAL HOME 635 Main Street.
