Barbara Jean Empsom died February 2, 2018. Born April 1, 1976 in Niagara Falls, she is the daughter of Lawrence Balch, Sr. and Bonnie (James) Howell.
Also surviving is husband, Christopher Empson; her children, Kristi, Dylan, and Andrew; brother, Lawrence, Jr.; grandmother, Shirley (Christopher) Empsom; aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.
