Barbara Jean Empsom February 2, 2018 born April 1, 1976 in Niagara Falls she is the daughter of Lawrence Balch Sr. and Bonnie (James) Howell. Also surviving is husband Christopher Empson her children Kristi, Dylan, and Andrew; Grandmother Shirley (Christopher) Empsom; aunts, uncle, nieces and nephews.
