Allen Cowart, Sr. entered into eternal rest on November 24, 2021. He was the Loving husband of Stephanie Williams Cowart; devoted father of Schurron and Allen Q. (Fredia) Cowart, Jr. ; cherished grandfather to Amayah and Allen Q. III. The family will receive friends on Thursday, December 2, 2021, 4PM-6PM and Friday, December 3, 2021, 11AM- 12 noon at Mt. Zion Missionary Baptist Church, 1334 Calumet Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York where a Celebration of Life will be conducted Friday at 12 Noon. Interment Oakwood Cemetery.
