Allan J. Leo, age 77, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away March 10, 2023. He was born in Niagara Falls, NY, March 28, 1945 to the late Mary A. (nee Riggi) and Joseph A. Leo.

A Niagara Falls native Allan was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School, received his Bachelors Degree from SUNY at Buffalo and his Masters Degree in Education from Niagara University. Allan also attended the University of Arkansas and was a member of its National Champion Football Team in 1965. From 1966-1969 he served in the US Marine Corps and served over two years in Vietnam.

,On September 7, 1983 Allan married his high school sweetheart in Las Vegas, NV. She passed away April 26, 2016. Allan worked as an Elementary School Educator for the Niagara Falls Board of Education teaching fourth grade at 60th Street School and Cataract Elementary. Prior to teaching Allan worked as a salesman for many different industries.

He is survived by his sibling Joelle (late Carl "Herb") Watts of Wichita, KS; a brother-in-law Paul (Deborah) Parise of Niagara Falls, NY; a sister-in-law Dawn Leo and his nieces and nephews Marielle Leo, Nicole (Dennis) Rudenauer, Christopher Parise and great-niece Makayla. Allan was predeceased by his wife of 32 years the late Constance (nee Parise) Leo, his parents and brothers, the late Jeffrey and Philip Leo.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 15th from 4-8 PM at the Spallino-AMIGONE FUNERAL HOME, 2215 Military Rd. (same location as Otto-Redanz Funeral Home), where services will be held on Thursday, March 16th at 11:00 AM. Interment to follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Share condolences at www.AMIGONE.com
