Marilyn (Forder) Deal, 85, of Frostproof, FL, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 in Frostproof, FL. Born in Wilson, NY, she was the daughter of the late Fred and Florence (Hawley) Forder. Marilyn attended area schools and graduated from Wilson High School. On November 22, 1950 she married Harry M. Deal in Wilson, NY. She was a licensed realtor and also worked in medical records at the Niagara Falls Memorial Medical Center until retiring in 1987. Marilyn was a member of the American Legion Women's Auxiliary, enjoyed playing cards and was an avid bingo player, but her greatest pleasure was spending time with her family.
In addition to her husband of sixty five years, Marilyn is survived by her children, Thomas (Cheryl) Deal of Lewiston, NY, Elaine (Brent) Daniels of San Diego, CA, Harry (Lynne) Deal, Jr. of Elmer, NJ and Edward (Laverne) Lepkosky of Bergholz, NY; eight grandchildren, Hannah Deal, Taylor Deal and Brooke Deal, Laura (Scott) Thomas, Erik (Sherry) Dixon, Julieanne Marc, Daniel Lepkosky and Nicole Lepkosky; nine great grandchildren, two great-great grandchildren; two sisters, Marianne (late Mike) Seiler and Donna (Chuck) Roberts and many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by three brothers, Norman Forder, David Forder, Richard Forder and one sister, Carol Schermerhorn.
Visitation will be on Friday from 2 - 4 and 6 - 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will be held on Saturday, April 9th at 10 a.m. Interment in North Ridge Cemetery, Cambria, NY.
