Jacqueline Renee (Daniels)'s Story
Jacqueline Renee Jefferson finished her earthly duties on Monday, April 17, 2017 at home, with the love and support of many family members and friends. She was born January 20, 1963 in Niagara Falls, New York; the daughter of the late Luther D. Daniels and the late Elizabeth (Myles) Daniels.
Jackie graduated from Niagara Falls High School in 1981 and continued her education at Niagara County Community College and Niagara University graduating Summa Cum Laude with degrees in Biology and Chemistry. She had former employment at Thermo Fisher Scientific on Grand Island, NY, and blessed them with 26 years of service.
Jackie accepted Christ at an early age and received the anointed gift of singing. She was well-known for her gospel singing as a soloist and with 'The Daniels Family' in Western New York. She was a devoted member of the Morning Star Church of God In Christ, having served as choir director, usher, President of the Jr. Usher Board, Recording Secretary at business meetings and work with the Youth Department.
Ms. Jefferson had an amazing spirit, loving God, her family, life and laughter. She loved children and enjoyed mentoring to neighborhood children. On any given day 'Ms. Jackie' would be seen outside jumping rope, playing kick ball, hop-scotch or other games with neighboring children. Scrapbooking brought lots of joy to Jackie, as she preserved memories of special events in her life. In addition to being an amazing person, she made an amazing pineapple cake too. Jackie had a unique nickname for most everyone she met. The nickname often was about the unique qualities of the person.
She was predeceased by a brother, Marion A. Daniels. She leaves to cherish her memory and continue her legacy two daughters, Jacquekia Jefferson and Jacelyn Jefferson; six brothers, Joseph A. Daniels, Michael D. (Dorothy) Daniels, Ricky D. (Gwendolyn) Daniels, Clarence J. (Beverly) Daniels, Sr., Frederick V. Daniels and Timothy L. (Malena) Jones; two sisters, Sharon J.
