Harold (Hal)'s Story

Harold (Hal) A. DiRamio passed away peacefully and surrounded by family on January 8, 2017, following a long illness. He was born on November 21, 1939 in Niagara Falls, NY to Frank and Rose (Carosella) DiRamio.
Following his graduation from Syracuse University in 1961, he moved to the Seattle area. Hal worked at Boeing for 38 years on numerous space programs and was awarded NASA's highest civilian honor twice during his career.
Hal is survived by his wife, Mary Ann; his children, Tracey (her husband, Brad Olson), Rob (his wife, Julie DiRamio); and his grandchildren, Collin, Duncan, Claire and Brady. He is also survived by his sister, Mary Anne Wozniak (her husband, Richard); and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral mass was in Sammamish, WA. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations to be made to Eastside Baby Corner at 1510 NW Maple Street in Issaquah, WA. Arrangements by Flintoft's Funeral Home, Issaquah, WA (425-392-6444)
