Frank J. Cacciatore, 68, of Rochester, NY, formerly of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Sunday, March 27, 2016 at Rochester General Hospital. Born in Niagara Falls, NY he was the son of the late Frank and Annita (Pucariello) Cacciatore. Frank attended local schools and graduated from Niagara Falls High School. He was a gifted floral designer who worked throughout Washington, DC, Los Angeles, Niagara Falls and in Rochester, NY at both Joseph's Florist and Thomas' Florist. While living in Niagara Falls he owned and operated the former Hollywood and Vine Floral Shop. Frank loved being a florist but his greatest pleasure was spending time with his family, especially his nephew, Julius Bellegia, who was like a best friend to him.
Frank is survived by three siblings, Rose (George) Guardalben, Armand (Mimi) Cacciatore and Anita (Anthony) Tulino and many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was predeceased by three sisters, Louise (late Anthony) Bellegia, Marie (Anthony) Gelose, Edith (Robert) LaDouceur and one brother, Louis (Frances) Cacciatore.
Visitation will be on Friday from 4 - 8 p.m. at the M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY. Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial on Saturday, April 2nd at 10:30 a.m. at St. Vincent DePaul at St. Leo's Church, 2748 Military Road, Niagara Falls, NY. EVERYONE PLEASE ASSEMBLE AT CHURCH. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY.
