Bonnie Lou Naughton, of Niagara Falls, died on Sunday, April 3, 2016 in Mount St. Mary's Hospital. She was 66. She was born in State College, Pennsylvania on September 4, 1949, the daughter of Lewis Osman of Niagara Falls and the late Marjorie (Weaver) Naughton. She and her family moved to Niagara Falls as a small child, where she attended local schools. Bonnie was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School.
Mrs. Naughton as a young woman worked as a teacher's aide for the YWCA. She then went back to college and worked for the former Fairchild Manor Nursing Home as an aide and retired from Coulson's Pharmacy as a clerk in the 1999's. She was a member of Calvary Lutheran Church was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and friend.
In addition to her father, she is survived by three children, Wayne Naughton of Texas; Jason (Michelle) Naughton of Youngstown and Lewis Naughton of Niagara Falls; her sister, Susan (Robert) Gilkerson of Las Vegas; four grandchildren, Matthew, Chelsey, Joseph and Olivia; her best friend, Robin Capatosto; several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband, Edwin C. Naughton in September 2011.
Friends may call Thursday from 2-4, 7-9 PM in the LANE FUNERAL HOME, INC., 8622 Buffalo Avenue, where Funeral services will be held Friday 11 AM. The interment will be in Riverdale Cemetery, Town of Lewiston, NY.
