Arthur's Story

Arthur J. Mullins, 84, of Wheatfield, Saturday (September 24, 2016) surrounded by family in DeGraff Memorial Hospital. Arthur was born in Buffalo, New York on September 2, 1932 to Joseph J. and Elsie (Mason) Mullins. Arthur was a United States Army Veteran, retired from the North Tonawanda Public School system, in his spare time he enjoyed playing euchre, fishing, an avid sports fan, who enjoyed the Buffalo Bills, Sabres, and the New York Yankees, he was well known for his time spent at Partners Bar cooking Arthur's corn beef and cabbage for everyone on St. Patrick's Day. He was a family man who enjoyed spending time with his wife and kids and grand and great grand-kids. Arthur was predeceased by his brother John Mullins, and sister Evelyn Colombo.
Arthur is survived by his wife Jane (Talandziewicz) Mullins, father of Nancy Arbeiter, Diane Schnell, James (Debra) and Joseph (Katherine) Mullins, brother in law of Henrietta (the late John) Mullins, August (the late Evelyn) Colombo, grandfather of Mark Areibter, Tyler and Erik Schnell, Lucas and Zachary Mullins, great grandfather of Peyton, and Bella Marie Schnell, also surviving are many nieces and nephews.
Friends may call Wednesday from 2-4 and 7-9 P.M. at the Wattengel Funeral Home, 533 Meadow Drive, North Tonawanda, NY, Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10:00 A.M. Interment White Chapel Memorial Park. In Lieu of flowers please donate to Roswell or Veterans hospital in Buffalo
