Theresa Radogna, 95, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away peacefully on Friday, October 13, 2017 at O.L.P Nursing Facility. Born in Niagara Falls, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Ricotta) Cannella; and wife of the late Jack Radogna.
Theresa lived in Niagara Falls all of her life, from one end of the city to the other. She was a graduate of Trott Vocational High School in 1940. During World War II, she worked at the DuPont cafeteria, as well as Bell Aircraft and Carborundum as an inspector. She later worked alongside her first husband, Chris DiDomizio, at D & M Grocery Store on Niagara Street, the Holiday Inn and the Parkway Inn.
Theresa married Jack Radogna on March 25, 1980. She worked with him at his barber shop, VIP Barber Shop on Pine Avenue until his retirement due to an illness. When customers came in and said, How do you feel Jack? He responded, theres always room for improvement.
In her days she was a great baker, especially of the Italian Cookies for the holidays. She baked the best apple pies, so she was told. 13-15 at one time. Her late brother-in-law, Big Johns, favorite supper was one whole pie and a glass of milk. it was a pleasure to see the smiles on their faces.
Theresa is survived by her son, Joseph (Maria) DiDomizio, of Oxford, FL and her daughter, Eva Marie (Dave) Pennhollow of Dubois, PA; grandchildren, Adam Pennhollow, David Pennhollow, Joseph DiDomizio, Jr., Tony (Ashley) Winters, Craig Young, and Jeremiah Young; great-grandchildren Jackson, Emma, Emilee, and Marley; sister Patrina Babe (late John) Bartko; niece, Rosemary (Don) Boback, who was like a daughter to her; nephew, Johnny (Vera) Bartko , Jr, great nieces, Jennifer (Mike) France and Nicole (Mike) Stewart. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews and cousins. She was the former wife of the late Chris DiDomizio, owner of the former D & M Grocery Store, and all of his loving family. She was always thought of and loved by all of his nieces and nephews, they never forgot their Aunt Theresa and she never forgot them oh what an honor they gave her. She was so proud of all her family. Theresa could not forget her guardian angel, Michele Hardy, who always looked after her and her extended family.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 18th from 2 4 & 6 8 P.M.at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL, 2730 Military Road, Niagara Falls, where funeral services will begin on Thursday at 9:15 A.M., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls. Entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
