John 'Jack' R.'s Story
John 'Jack' R. Davis, Jr. passed away peacefully on September 25, 2017. Jack was born on October 25, 1933. He resided in Niagara Falls, NY and attended local schools. He was the son of John Sr. and Margaret (Wager) Davis.
John served in the US Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. His service is remembered at the Niagara Falls Veterans Memorial.
He enjoyed playing the trumpet and played in a band at several functions around Western New York. He also enjoyed golfing, bowling, fishing and spending time with his family. He retired from Mayer Brothers after several years.
He is survived by his wife, Andrea Davis; sons, Mitchell (Anita) Davis, Jason Davis, Sr.; stepson, Richard (Becky) Wilmott; sister, Constance Davis; Also survived by nieces, Debbie (Terry) Skellen, Sharon (Jeremy) Aguillen; predeceased by nephew, Gary Davis, Jr.; grandchildren, Aubrey (Dustin), Richard (Erin), Ashley, Vanessa, Teena, Jason Jr., Lexia; great- grandchildren, Lucas, Patrick. Also predeceased by brother, Gary Davis Sr.

A private memorial will be held by the family at a later date.
