Edwin Eugene Brierley, Jr. of Niagara Falls, passed from this earthly life the day after his 60th birthday, Sunday, December 17, 2017 in Niagara Hospice House. He was born in Niagara Falls on December 16, 1957, son of Edwin and Shirley (Nest) Brierley. He attended local schools.
He began his career in the maintenance department at Memorial Medical Center and then started his own business, Shinerite Maintenance. Edwin retired from Modern Disposal. He loved spending time with his family especially his granddaughter, Payton Elaine.
Ed went out of his way to help others and loved spending time with his family and friends, especially his granddaughter, Payton Elaine.
Survivors include his daughters, Taylor Marie (Matthew) Stufkosky and Teagen Elizabeth Brierley, all of Niagara Falls; granddaughter, Payton; his children's mother, Patricia (Cournyea) Brierley; his brothers, Michael V. Brierley; several nieces nephews and friends. He was predeceased by a brother, James; and a sister, Lori Ann Brierley.
