He is the holder of the Alpha Omega award for excellence in scholarship for attaining the highest scholastic standing for four years of dental study. Dr. Morreale was a talented musician and enjoyed playing saxophone and clarinet. He was a member of the Niagara Falls Musicians Hall of Fame and Lewiston Jazz Festival committee. He was incredibly generous, and his generosity went beyond material things. He was a devout Catholic and longtime, active parishioner at Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, and was also involved with Catholic Charities for many years.
