Clinton  Palmer
Clinton Palmer, 81 of Niagara Falls, passed away Monday, October 7, 2019 at home under the care of his loving family and Niagara Hospice.
Clinton resided in Niagara Falls most of his life and held many jobs within the city, including Vanadium, Airco Alloys, the first African-American housing inspector,and the Niagara Power Project under Laborer's Local #91. He also was a supervisor at General Motors/Delphi plant, and David Chevrolet. Clinton enjoyed bowling, music,traveling, and spending time with his family.
Surviving is his wife of 62 years, Ann Ross (Walker) Palmer; one son, Tony "Shorty P," and wife, Rev.Sandra Palmer; three daughters, Phyliss Palmer, Tina Palmer, and Verdie (late Kial) Watkins; niece, Brenda King; sisters-in-law, June Young and Shelly Walker. Also surviving are 12 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives and friends.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by two brothers, Donald( Linda) and Hugh (Lynda) Palmer.
Visitation Friday, October 11th 5PM-8PM in the St John AME Church, 917 Garden Ave. with Homegoing Service Saturday October 12th at 11 AM. Internment Acacia Park Cemetery.

My deepest sympathy to the family of Mr. Palmer. He was my supervisor at Delphi-General Motors in Lockport. He was the best and kindest person to work for. He will be missed. With all of my prayers to the family.
