Carina Marie (nee Fiorentini) Bailor, age 38, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2018 in Mt. St. Mary's Hospital after a lengthy illness. She was born on October 10, 1979 in Niagara Falls, NY.
A Niagara Falls native she was a graduate of Niagara Wheatfield High School and Niagara Community College. On May 8, 2004 the former Carina Fiorentini married Robert Bailor in Niagara Falls, NY. Carina began her human services career working at Rivershore Residential Services in 1998. In 2002, she worked for Phoenix Frontier Day Rehabilitation Center with out walls. As coordinator of the program, her leadership developed quality services dedicated to the participants and focused on community integrated. In August 2013, she became program manager of the day rehabilitation at Commerce Court Rehab through Community Service for the Developmentally Disabled. She lived a compassionate life and would always bring one of her clients to family holidays and dinners.
Carina is survived by her husband of 14 years, Bob Bailor; three children, Austin, Aubry and Athan Bailor; her parents, Fred and Sandra (Harpham) Fiorentini; six siblings, Virgil (Renee) Fiorentini, Mark (Anna) Fiorentini, Shannon Shultz, Roseanne Fiorentini, Liza (Don) Zambotti, Carla Fiorentini; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
