I love reading these comments about my grandfather. He was one-of-a-kind, and I'm so grateful for 40 years of his love and support. I hadn't realized how many lives he's touched and I'm so proud of him. He was the epitome of a gentleman and the definition of class. I miss him already, but know he's in a better place with my grandmother. R.I.P., Papa. XOXO

We met Mr. De Munda and his son at a reunion in 2015. A fine man as they all were. I wish that he and his son Tony Jr could have joined us for the 75th Anniversary Memorial in Mortain France, held in their honor.
We will surly miss him this year at the reunion but his spirit will be there as will ours with his.

Such a treasure getting to know Mr. Tony and his son at the 30th Division Reunions. They both made an impact on my sons who attended with me. Though we only knew them through the reunions, my 16 year old cried today when I told him Mr. Tony had passed. It was an honor to have known him.
